Is your activity full? The waiting list is already there.
You set how many people can come, and whoever comes after that puts themselves on the waiting list. When someone cancels, you send everyone who waits one message, and the first to sign up goes along.

The full brochure, ten pages, with everything the platform can do and what it costs. It opens straight away.
I only use your email address to send you the brochure and, at most once afterwards, to ask whether you have questions. You will not be added to a mailing list. See the privacy policy.
Open it with the button below, so you can also save it right away.
Open the brochureA full activity usually means extra work
People who can't join anymore usually end up on a note or in your inbox. And when someone cancels, the search starts: who wanted to come again, who do you email first, and who still replies in time.
How it works
-
01
Set how many people can come
You enter the maximum on the activity. Once it's full, members no longer see the sign-up button, but the button to join the waiting list.
-
02
See who is waiting
The activity shows who is going and who is on the waiting list, so you don't have to keep track on paper or in a spreadsheet.
-
03
Send one message when a place opens
When someone cancels, you send one message from the activity to everyone on the waiting list. The first to sign up goes along.
And after that
- The group chat, whoever goes is in the activity's group chat right away and gets new messages on their phone.
- A message to who is going, you send the same message just as easily to everyone who signed up, for example when the meeting point changes.
- A message to who is unsure, members who marked themselves as interested get one message from you when there are places left.
- Members who organise, when a member creates an activity, they use the same waiting list and the same messages.
Why this matters
On many platforms a full activity is simply full, and the organiser keeps the waiting list themselves. In Stedt the waiting list is part of the activity, so you as an admin, or your members who organise an activity, don't have to do all the admin yourselves.
A 20-minute call, no strings attached. No sales pitch, just an honest answer on whether Stedt fits your community.
Tell me briefly about your community
I usually reply the same day. If it fits, we schedule a twenty-minute call.
