In Stedt you create an activity, your members sign themselves up, and at any moment you see exactly who is coming. No list in your notebook, and no calling people afterwards.

What you run into now

Sign-ups come in by email, through the group chat and over coffee afterwards. You keep track in a list that is never quite right, and just before the date you are counting again who is actually coming.

What Stedt does here

  • An activity with a date, a location, a maximum number of places and a waiting list that starts automatically when it is full.
  • Your members sign up and cancel themselves.
  • A list of participants that is always up to date, also on your phone.
  • Both the organisation and the members can create an activity.

Who this is and is not for

For

Clubs and networks that regularly organise meetings, courses or outings that people sign up for.

Not for

Organisations with one public event a year. A ticketing service is more practical there.

Price and who makes it

From € 200 per month. The bigger your community, the lower the rate per member; we work out together which tier applies.

That makes Stedt not the cheapest choice. You pay more than on a large off-the-shelf platform, and in return you get influence on how it develops and a maker you can reach.

Stedt is built and maintained by Blijnder, a Dutch software studio. The first line of code dates from March 2023, and a new version comes out every month.
